Tips are 100% yours and paid with the job they came from. We pay per job, not per hour, and the amount is agreed with you before you take it.
What we need from you
Read this before applying. If any of it doesn’t fit right now, it’s better for both of us to know early.
- Your own equipment and supplies. Vacuum, mop system, microfibre cloths, and professional products — you bring them to every job.
- Reliable transport. Your own vehicle, insured and registered.
- A smartphone. Before and after photos are required on every single job, no exceptions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Willingness to pass a background check. Every cleaner is checked before their first customer job.
- Real cleaning experience. Tell us honestly what you’ve done — deep cleans and move-outs count for a lot.
